A powerful weekend ahead on January 20th/21st!!
At 00.44 (UT/GMT), on 21st, Pluto makes its second ingress into Aquarius, where it remains until September 1st. Then it retrogrades back for one last time, in our lifetime, into Capricorn, for one last shake up of the old world and systems. Interestingly, the US elections will take place in that Capricorn window.
On November 20th, the "permanent" move into Aquarius occurs, one could say officially kicking off the New Age of consciousness and technological development, some of which is unimaginable to us, at this point.
What makes this weekend so significant, is that we also have the yearly conjunction between the Sun and Pluto, as the Sun moves into Aquarius too. What is perhaps very apt, is the asteroid Hermes (Thoth of Atlantis) is also in that same conjunction! Hermes represents the messenger but also, of course, the Hermetic teachings of the true nature of reality and the multidimensional realms.
The Sun conjunct Pluto alone, illuminates our deepest psyche, stimulating an impetus for change and transformation. Indeed, the asteroid Psyche is interestingly placed in the weekend's astrology and it feels as if this asteroid will become more and more significant as we move forward now.
Capricorn and Aquarius are both very different energies and so the shift is likely to be palpable and we can expect the unexpected going forward through the coming months. April will be a particularly powerful month ahead.
Truth and revelations are often part of the Plutonian drive and Aquarius fosters a more cooperative, humanitarian energy within the collective. We can see great potential here for a coming together of humanity, after a period of quite deep division.
